Specializing in communication infrastructure, IT, information security, and frequency spectrum management, Mr. Moran has led over 40 municipal projects involving millimeter wave technologies, WiFi, 5G, optical fibers, IoT, and smart city solutions. Mr. Moran excels in strategic planning, project execution, and delivering innovative communication solutions in complex environments.
Shlomi Palivatkel is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience leading national communication projects in Israel. Before joining Global Better Connectivity, he served as VP of Marketing and Sales at a leading technology and integration company and as Director of a software company specializing in smart city, industry, and building solutions. His expertise spans Cybersecurity, Telecom, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data, IT, IoT, 5G, and software development. Mr. Palivatkel holds a B.Sc. in Industry and Management and is a certified graduate of programs for directors and senior executives.
Mr. Fauster is a serial entrepreneur with international experience across various industries. He has a proven track record in establishing operations from the ground up, developing business strategies, creating business plans, managing operations, building and leading high-performance teams, and overseeing the commercialization phase to achieve business goals. As part of his experience, Mr. Fauster successfully managed large-scale commercial energy projects in El Salvador. Mr. Fauster studied Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, and Advertising at Loyola University Chicago.
Mr. Ashkenazi served as COO at a leading security company providing comprehensive services to major retailers across 15 locations in five key Mexican cities. In this role, he led operations including security audits, personnel and technology management, project planning, and security assessments. Previously, Mr. Ashkenazi held the position of Head of Security in Panama. He was later promoted to oversee security operations at UETA’s Latin American headquarters, managing security for more than 100 retail sites. Additionally, Mr. Ashkenazi managed security operations for Venezuela’s largest retailer, handling a broad scope of responsibilities including technology sourcing, employee oversight, ongoing risk assessments, and project implementation in the nation’s third-largest city
